Nigora Ibadova
Nigora Ibadova is a professional with 35 years of experience, of which more than 15 have been in managerial positions. Starting in 2010, she worked in the Eriell and Enter Engineering groups, where she was a strategy and development advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board. Under her direct supervision, a unique team was assembled, bringing together experienced and young specialists from Uzbekistan, as well as professionals with international expertise.
She was one of the pioneers in the country in the implementation of ESG strategies, as well as in the introduction of the world’s best industrial standards and practices in ongoing projects.
Nigora Ibadova was one of the initiators behind Uzbekistan’s ambitious MTO Gas Chemical Complex project.

Overall, Nigora Ibadova participated in more than 40 projects, valued at over $12 billion, including industrial projects such as construction of the Kandym gas processing plant, construction of the GTL plant, modernization of the Fergana oil refinery, etc., as well as projects to create new infrastructure assets: multi purpose ice arena “Humo”, Samarkand International Airport, Silk Road Tourist Center in Samarkand.
UWC
Nigora Ibadova is the Chairperson of the Uzbekistan national committee for United World Colleges UWC (United World Colleges). Under her leadership Uzbekistan was accepted into the organization and, with Eriell and Enter Engineering support, national committee has sent over 20 students – the winners of national competition abroad to further their studies.
Stelarum
In 2022, she founded Stelarum, which aims to provide services that are in line with global best practices in business project management.
The Stelarum workshop is designed for everyone who is interested in ongoing development, increasing competence and unlocking the secrets of strategy and successful projects.
